Micro & Small Enterprises Cluster Development (MSE-CDP)
1. Common Facility Centre (CFC)
The Government of India (GoI) grant shall be:
- 70% of the project cost, subject to a maximum of ₹5 crore, for projects with a cost ranging from ₹1 crore to ₹5 crore.
- 60% of the project cost, for projects with a cost ranging from ₹1 crore to ₹2 crore.
For projects located in Aspirational Districts, North Eastern Region (NER), Hill States, Island Territories, Left Wing Extremism (LWE) affected districts, and clusters where more than 50% of the units are:
- Micro/Village enterprises, or
- Women-owned enterprises, or
- SC/ST-owned enterprises,
the Government of India grant shall be enhanced to:
- 80% of the project cost, subject to a maximum of ₹5 crore, for projects costing between ₹1 crore and ₹5 crore.
- 70% of the project cost, for projects costing between ₹1 crore and ₹2 crore.
2. Infrastructure Development
The Government of India (GoI) grant shall be:
- Up to 60% of the project cost for establishing a new Industrial Estate or Flatted Factory Complex, subject to a maximum grant of ₹5 crore.
- 50% of the project cost for the upgradation of an existing Industrial Estate or Flatted Factory Complex, subject to a maximum grant of ₹2 crore.
For projects located in Aspirational Districts, North Eastern Region (NER), Hill States, Island Territories, Left Wing Extremism (LWE) affected districts, and clusters where more than 50% of the units are:
